A Pinot Grigio with more tropical fruit character than some of its Italian counterparts. Lovely, opulent aromas of grapefruit and peach. Loads of fruit on the palate with refreshing citrus acidity. 12% vol

The Merchants White – Berry Bros. & Rudd, Spain 2016
Complexity and minerality, complimented by buttery and usefully stony Chardonnay element drives the wine, with its pleasing peach and stone-fruit aspect. Blended by a Master of Wine the wine is dry but positive, and lifted by a pinch of that minerality.  12% vol

Chardonnay, Wandering Bear – California, USA 2015
Full of pineapple, pears and apple flavours.  This Chardonnay is big and bold with touches of lemon and delicious toasted almond flavours to finish.  13.5% vol

Chardonnay, Macon-Lugny – Les Charmes, France 2016
The very old vines grown in the historic “les Charmes” vineyard give this lovely Chardonnay from southern Burgundy especially fine flavours and finesse. Fresh citrus aromas lead to a creamy palate and an elegant fruity finish. 13% vol

Sauvignon-Verdejo, Dominio de Fontana – Ucles, Spain 2016
Intense and expressive aromas, combining grassy and gooseberry notes of the Sauvignon Blanc with fennel and white pepper from the Verdejo. Concentrated and textured on the palate, with depth and a persistent mineral finish. 13% vol

Sauvignon Blanc, The Ned – Marlborough, New Zealand 2017
This is a single vineyard Sauvignon from the highly rated winemaker Brent Marris.  Zesty and fruity with a brilliant smoky herbal twist, this delicious fresh white has characteristic lime and gooseberry.  13% vol

Muscadet de Sevres et Maines – La Mariniere, France 2016
Fresh and easy drinking wine often paired with seafood.  Pale yellow colour with bright highlights, fruity aromas blend with citrus and mineral notes.  Due to ageing on its lees the palate is a lively, supple and round.  11.5% vol

Picpoul de Pinet – Duc de Morny, France 2016
Floral and enticing on the nose, exuberantly fresh on the palate with pear drop fruit, a slightly salty edge and underlying minerality.  Nicknamed la bomba this is an incredibly fruity and concentrated Picpoul.  12.5% vol

A classic from Galicia representing Spain’s version of Riesling this is pale golden in colour, with fresh fruit and clean acidity.  Perfect with fish, lean white meat and delicate vegetarian dishes.  13% vol

An alluring, gentle salmon pink that could easily be confused with a high end Provencal.  The Granacha gives a gentle note of strawberry with merest hint of white pepper for lift.  13.5% vol

Zinfandel Blush – Hilmar Springs, California 2016

Bright salmon pink in colour, this wine has a fresh nose of strawberry and raspberry fruits. On the palate it is juicy and refreshing: a delicious strawberry finish completes this perfect summery wine.  10.5% vol

The Merchants Red – Berry Bros. & Rudd, Spain 2016
Juicy fruit and subtle tannins. The Merlot in this wine has a fresh, mulberry note, to which the Granacha adds  a robust, ripe plum character.  The Syrah adds energy and spice.  13.5% vol

Malbec, Enco Reserva – Valle Central, Chile 2015
This deep purple wine combines flavours of black fruit, blueberries and plums with notes of pepper and dark chocolate. A smooth wine with great balance and a long, elegant finish. Perfect with grilled meats or rich pasta dishes.  13.5% vol

Monastrell, Hecula  – Yecla, Spain 2015
Bodegas Castaño is today one of the most relevant wine producers in South-Eastern Spain for their tradition and achievements in the use of the indigenous grape varieties.  “Hercules” has notes of ripe fruit, liqueur, cherries, plums, figs, hints of liquorice and notes of scrubland, notes of barrel aging, wood and some leather. 14.0% vol

Deep ruby red, with delicious vanilla overtones backed up by juicy soft strawberry and morello cherry flavours. Round and full, well balanced, long and elegant. A good choice for roasted red meats such as lamb, or with stews and casseroles.  13.5% vol

Navarra, Vina del Perdon Reserva – Spain 2011
This reserva is a blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.  It has been aged in American and French oak barriques for 24 months resulting in a complex wine with aromas of spices, minerals and vanilla, with a great structure and a long finish.  14% vol

Created in 1925, Cellier des Princes produces wines from the Rhone valley.  Elegant and fruity this wine displays liquorice and violet aromas with apple and mellow tannins.  14.5% vol

This classic Sauternes wine has an intense golden color (darker than most other dessert wines), which turns a deep amber as it ages in bottle. The aromas include blossom and stone fruit, with a hint of honeysuckle – the trademark of botrytized wines.  13% vol
